What we will do
We provide you with materials to help you set up the program.
We will edit the reviews and publish them on bachtrack.com (subject to the conditions below). We try to edit the review as little as possible so as to preserve the original sense, but we will correct whatever is needed to make the material grammatical and understandable.
We reserve the right to reject material that, at our sole discretion, we consider inappropriate or offensive. This may mean rejecting a whole review, although we try hard not to do so.
What you will do
You are wholly responsible for the management of the program in your area, including identifying the people who will be reviewers, ensuring that they are of the appropriate age, providing tickets, ensuring that the review gets written, and sending it to us.
You will place a prominent link on your website to the program home page on Bachtrack.com, using the link provided by us.
You may, if you wish, reprint the reviews on your own website or encourage other media to do so. However, any reproductions must include a mention of the program and a link to the list of reviews on the program home page.
Copyright permissions
For any material that you send to us, you grant us permission to reproduce the material on our website or on accompanying materials such as newsletters.
If you send us accompanying media (for example, photos), you must ensure that you are not breaching any copyright by doing so. If the material needs to be credited, you must ensure that you send the appropriate details.
