Looking for DVD of Perlman playing Tchaikovsky

Question:

I'm looking for the DVD made of Itzhak Perlman performing Tchaikovsky Violin concerto in D major, this video also has Tchaikovsky's Romeo and Juliet, as well as Modesto Mussorgsky's Pictures at an Exhibition, with Philadelphia Orchestra, Eugene Ormandy conducting. Recorded live at Philadelphia Academy of Music in 1978.

The Serenade from the ballet appears in several compilations. Here's a link that you can download it from, for not much money:

I also looked under the original title of Les Millions d'Harlequin or the English translation Harlequin's Millions, but that didn't help.
