This special family performance allows young ballet aficionados to experience many of Balanchine's famous ballet duets. Features nine Balanchine pas de deux presented with live onstage narration by artistic director Suzanne Farrell. The program is presented in loose chronology, following Balanchine's early interest in Greek drama, the development of his abstract style, and his work establishing himself as an American choreographer.
