Carmen's charms are lost on a Paris audience

This is an important event that brings out both the regular opera-goers and Carmen lovers, and those curious enough to buy a ticket to see the company’s latest creation. Although this is one of the most performed operas, filling halls with astounding consistency, it has been a whole decade since Carmen last revealed her charms on the stage of the Opéra National de Paris.
